When ordering a gift certificate, please include the following information for the recipient of the gift certificate in the "Comments/Request" box: - First and Last Name
- Complete Mailing Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
You can also include any special message you want printed on the certificate.
If you would like to have the Certificate EMAILED to YOU or the RECIPIENT, please advise us in the "Comments/Request" section of the online order form. If you do not request the email option, the certificate will be mailed via first class mail.
Our Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, and $100. You may also combine certificate amounts to create different totals.
