THE ANIMATED CARD THRU BALLOON OF DEATH is an excellent example of what happens when this guy turns his thinking cap on! The first time I saw it performed I almost fell out of my chair!

A card is selected and replaced back into the deck, which is shuffled and given to the spectator to hold. A black balloon is introduced and a magical gesture is made between the deck and the balloon. The balloon is popped and the selected card is found inside! The performer then explains "exactly how the effect was accomplished," showing how the selected card was actually held against the side of the balloon, this time using a clear balloon making it easy to follow along. All of a sudden the audience sees the card VISUALLY penetrate through the side of the balloon! The card drops all the way inside the balloon, which can then be handed out for examination!
