What is a "Download"?

A download is like buying a book, dvd, or set of lecture notes but instead of being sent physcially, it arrives electronically.  That means there is no need to wait for a package to arrive!  The information arrives to you in a matter of hours...not days!

How long does it take to receive my download?

Your download will be made available to you as soon as we process the payment.  At most it will take one business day, but generally you will have it MUCH sooner. 

How do I purchase a dowload from this site?

In order to access our downloads you MUST be registered AND logged in to our site.  PLEASE register BEFORE making the purchase.

I'm registered and I have purchased a download, now what?

To access your download, simply login to our site and then click on your Order History link on the left side of the page, just above the view cart button. 

The first line of your Order History will show a link to retrieve your downloads.

Do I need any special software?

Our downloads are either Adobe PDF files or Windows Media Player files.  Most computers are already equipped to open either of these common files.  But you can dowload the necessary software for FREE at these links:
